Financial stocks saw a slight increase premarket, with XLF up by 0.1%. FAS rose by 0.4% while FAZ was down by 0.3%.

BlackRock, Microsoft, and others are creating an AI infrastructure partnership. The partnership will invest in data centers and energy projects to meet growing demand. BlackRock shares rose by 0.6% pre-bell.

Bank of America will redeem $2 billion of senior notes due September 2025 on Sept. 25. Bank of America shares were up by 0.1% premarket.
