Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE) exceeded analyst expectations in Q4 with adjusted EPS of $4.81 and revenue of $5.61 billion. Digital media annualized recurring revenue hit $578 million, while digital experience revenue grew 10% to $1.40 billion. However, a softer revenue outlook for the future caused the stock to drop over 12%.

Total remaining performance obligations (RPOs) for Adobe rose to $19.96 billion, showing a 16% year-over-year increase. The company’s guidance for Q1 included adjusted EPS of $4.95 to $5.00, slightly above estimates, but revenue was forecasted at $5.63 billion to $5.68 billion, below the $5.72 billion consensus.

For fiscal 2025, Adobe anticipates adjusted EPS between $20.20 and $20.50 and revenue of $23.30 billion to $23.55 billion. These projections fell short of analyst expectations, with revenue growth expected to be around 9%, or approximately 10% on a constant currency basis.
