Elbit Systems prices public offering of 1.37 million shares at $375 each

Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESLT) has announced the pricing of a public offering of 1.37 million ordinary shares at $375 per share. The underwriters have the option to purchase an additional 204,817 shares. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the offering is set to close on May 23, 2025, pending customary closing conditions.
