Morningstar has upgraded its global media sites to provide investors with a more streamlined design, reliable data, actionable research, and powerful tools. The changes aim to build stronger connections with investors worldwide and offer a connected experience with access to insights from across the world, tailored data and research, and regionally focused news.

The scope of sector performance metrics has been expanded to help investors focus on the information they need, and refreshed lists of top-rated investments ranked using Morningstar’s trusted, objective analysis are available to help make informed decisions faster. Investment reports now load faster, are visually dynamic, and easier to navigate without compromising Morningstar’s depth and authority.

Morningstar’s editorial experience includes deep, ongoing coverage of essential investing categories like markets, funds, ETFs, and stocks, as well as increased coverage of key investor themes such as bonds, personal finance, sustainability, retirement, and the economy. High-quality video content is also available on select Morningstar sites to help investors understand markets more effectively.

The new Screener experience offers an interactive discovery engine with categorical filters tailored by investment type to quickly sort by key traits like fund size, Morningstar category, and sustainability score. Side-by-side comparison views help seamlessly analyze fees, ratings, risk, and performance metrics to narrow down winners.

Investors can keep track of investment opportunities with watchlists that automatically adjust to the asset types chosen. A central list or multiple lists can be created to track different goals, regions, asset types, or strategies, with new data views available for fund data, performance, equity data, and more.

In the coming months, Morningstar will launch a new free registered account offering unlimited access to trusted investment reports, Screener, and watchlists. Users in Asia and Canada will have access to premium fund ratings, along with exclusive newsletters and insights via email.
