Prime Mining Corp. held its Annual General and Special Meeting, electing all listed directors and approving all matters. The company is focused on its Los Reyes gold-silver project in Mexico, targeting a high return PEA by Q3 2025 with a cash balance of $32.9 million. Results of the meeting showed a total of 103,882,459 common shares represented, with a 68.13% turnout. The resolution to set the number of directors at nine passed with 99.36% of votes in favor.
