Saudi Arabia stocks closed higher on Sunday, with gains in various sectors. Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul rose by 0.41%. Top performers included Red Sea Housing Services and Al Baha Investment, while Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals and Arabian Shield Coop Insurance were among the worst. Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones, with 163 gaining, 122 declining, and 21 unchanged.
Red Sea Housing Services hit a 3-year high, rising by 9.88% to 62.30, fueled by positive market sentiment. Crude oil for November delivery increased slightly to $70.33 a barrel, while Brent oil for December delivery fell to $73.69 a barrel. Gold futures for December were up by 1.24% to $2,647.10 a troy ounce.
In currency trading, EUR/SAR remained stable at 4.19, and USD/SAR also held steady at 3.75. The US Dollar Index Futures rose by 0.10% to 100.42.
