The card comes with a $0 annual fee and a 0% Intro APR for 18 billing cycles for both purchases and balance transfers made within the first 60 days of opening the account. There is a 3% foreign transaction fee and a Variable APR of 16.24% – 26.24% after the introductory period ends. Additional benefits include no penalty APR, free FICO credit score access, and contactless chip technology.

There are other 0% APR cards to choose from, such as the Chase Freedom Flex® Credit Card, which offers 0% intro APR for 15 months and a cash back program with a $200 cash bonus. The Wells Fargo Active Cash® Credit Card offers a 0% intro APR for 15 months, and the ability to earn 2% cash back on all purchases, plus a $200 cash rewards bonus.

When considering the BankAmericard® Credit Card, it’s important to keep in mind that balance transfers can take up to two weeks to take effect, and that transferring balances only makes sense in certain situations.
