Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are competing fiercely to give their space companies an upper hand. Not everyone is happy with two billionaires shaping our future, but Jeff Bezos believes it’s justified. Guillaume Verdon’s effective accelerationism movement argues that technological progress at any cost is ethically justifiable. Many Silicon Valley elites consider themselves “techno-optimists” and criticize those hindering AI development.

Secrecy has ended for Verdon, who was recently identified as the man behind the “Beff Jezos” account. He has openly spoken about his ideas and movements in numerous podcasts ever since.

Guillaume Verdon praises Bezos for “leveraging the techno-capital machine” to provide quick, convenient delivery to customers. He also credits Bezos for thinking long-term and reinvesting in the system to improve it.
