Dow Jones & Company: SpaceX hits rocket milestone in latest Starlink Falcon 9 launch

From Dow Jones & Company:

SpaceX achieved a milestone by launching 23 Starlink satellites into low earth orbit using a reusable rocket that successfully landed. This marks the 19th launch and landing of the booster and demonstrates the company’s efforts to lower costs and revolutionize the space industry. There have been discussions of a potential IPO spinoff for Starlink, the SpaceX-owned satellite internet constellation, but CEO Elon Musk has reportedly nixed the possibility of a spinoff next year. In November, Musk tweeted that Starlink has achieved breakeven cash flow and has become a major player in the satellite industry. This launch was part of a busy year for SpaceX, which has made more than 90 launches in 2023 and plans to make 12 launches a month in 2024.
