Flooded U.K. tunnels force Eurostar to cancel all London trains Saturday
From Dow Jones & Company:
Flooding in railway tunnels in southeastern England caused the cancellation of all trains from London to the European mainland, affecting New Year holiday travel for thousands of passengers. Eurostar cancelled 41 trains as flooding persisted, offering full refunds or exchanges to affected customers. This is the second significant disruption to Eurostar services in 10 days, following a last-minute strike by French workers before Christmas, as reported by the BBC and Reuters.
