Franklin Wireless’s stock rallies on heels of Sinnet Capital letter urging special dividend

Sinnet Capital Partners has requested a special dividend and stock buyback from Franklin Wireless Corp. This caused the company’s stock to rise by 8.7% on Thursday. The request includes a $1 per share special dividend, a $10 million Dutch tender buyback, and the hiring of an investor-relations company to issue press releases. According to Sinnet Capital, Franklin Wireless has not effectively communicated its achievements to investors. The company’s stock was previously down by 30.7% in 2023. Sinnet Capital specializes in microcap investing and serves high-net-worth individuals, pension funds, endowments, and foundations.
