After a tumultuous period, Altman was reinstated, and the board was revamped. In a blog post, Altman dispensed some standard advice and some that seemed to refer to the recent chaos, which may be part of his processing of the ordeal. In particular, his advice to fight bureaucracy and communicate clearly and concisely may have been referencing the events at OpenAI. Colleagues and investors rallied around Altman after his firing, and fellow cofounder Greg Brockman resigned in protest.
