Gray Television Inc. (GTN) has extended and renewed all NBC network affiliations that were set to expire at the end of 2023. The company owns and operates NBC affiliated television stations in 56 markets, reaching approximately 36 percent of US television households.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Gray Television Inc. serves 113 television markets and owns video program companies including Raycom Sports, Tupelo Media Group, PowerNation Studios, Assembly Atlanta, and Third Rail Studios. They also hold a majority interest in Swirl Films.
