Investing.com: Bayer wins latest Roundup cancer trial, ending losing streak By Reuters

From Investing.com:

Bayer has won a trial in a lawsuit brought by a California man who claimed he developed cancer from exposure to its Roundup weedkiller, ending a five-trial losing streak for the company. The jury ruled in favor of Bayer, stating that Roundup does not cause cancer. The company has faced around 165,000 claims for personal injuries allegedly caused by Roundup, acquired in its purchase of Monsanto. After a recent string of losses totaling more than $2 billion, Bayer has now won 10 of the last 15 trials. The company is appealing the verdicts, which include large punitive damages awards. Despite investor concerns, Bayer has stated that it will continue fighting the cases in court and has settled most of the then-pending Roundup cases for up to $9.6 billion in 2020, but failed to reach a settlement covering future cases, leaving more than 50,000 claims pending.
