Artificial intelligence startup Anthropic projects annual revenue over $850 million by the end of 2024, up from $100 million just three months ago.

Backed by Amazon and Google, Anthropic is building generative AI systems and is in discussions to raise $750 million in a funding round led by Menlo Ventures.

The company has raised investments from Google and Amazon and is competing with OpenAI in the AI models space.
