– Skanska AB has signed an $81 million contract with the State of Tennessee for the renovation of a war memorial
– The project will involve complete exterior and interior renovation and is scheduled to begin in February 2024 and completed in the first quarter of 2026
– The war memorial building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was built as a memorial to Tennessee soldiers who died in World War I
