The Switzerland market ended slightly up on Friday, with the SMI index closing 0.18% higher at 11,153.09. Kuehne & Nagel, Lonza Group, Alcon, Partners Group, and Novartis were among the top gainers, while Richemont, Logitech International, and Roche Holding were among the top losers. Sandoz and Barry Callebaut were also top gainers in the Mid Price Index, while Swatch Group, SGS, and Avolta were among the top losers. Overall, there was some brisk buying at select counters in the final hour, which helped the market end in positive territory.
