The guru fundamental report for Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc (ARE) rates highest using the Multi-Factor Investor model based on the published strategy of Pim van Vliet, out of the 22 guru strategies followed by Validea. ARE is a large-cap growth stock in the Real Estate Operations industry, with a rating of 50% based on the firm’s underlying fundamentals and stock valuation.
