Noble Corporation plc (NE) has repurchased about $15 million of A ordinary shares at an average price of $45.03 per A ordinary share. A total of 329,069 repurchased A ordinary shares have been cancelled. Since November 30, 2023, 16,507 new A ordinary shares have been issued. In addition, 5,152 new A ordinary shares were issued to certain warrant holders, 11,355 new A ordinary shares were issued to employees at no cost, and $57,026.73 was raised from warrant exercises. The total number of A ordinary shares of Noble issued and outstanding is now 140.77 million.
