Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) launched a Health Condition Program with Omada Health to help users find digital health benefits. The program aims to help users check insurance coverage and manage chronic health conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, and hypertension.

This program offers users access to connected devices, a personal care team, health coaching, and nutrition planning. Amazon wants to make it easier for people to get and stay healthy and provide healthcare benefits at no additional cost to customers.

Customers can check their eligibility for the program on Amazon’s Health webpage and complete the enrollment process on Omada’s website. Omada will share eligibility results, enrollment status, and future actions with Amazon for common healthcare operations.

Amazon plans to expand its partnership to gain more access in the healthcare industry and focus on other chronic health and disease management needs. If customers want their health details removed from Amazon, they can get help from customer care agents.
