AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. extended its losing streak to five days Friday, ending the session down 2.5% to $5.15. This marks the longest losing streak since a seven-day slide in 2023, with the stock hitting an all-time closing high of $339.05 on June 2, 2021. AMC entered into a series of privately negotiated exchange agreements to issue nearly 3.26 million shares of Class A common stock in exchange for $22.5 million of its notes due in 2026. AMC shares are down 84.8% in the last 12 months, compared with S&P 500 index’s gain of 20.6%.
