The world’s biggest dog breeds, known for their loyalty and gentle nature, fall into the guarding and working group categories established by the American Kennel Club. The Cane Corso, a descendant of Roman war dogs, is large, muscular and protective. The Leonberger is a gentle giant known for its calm and confident nature.
