Brazil’s Gol wins court approval to access part of $950 million in financing By Reuters

Brazilian airline Gol has won provisional approval from a court in New York to access part of a $950 million financing deal with bondholders. The airline filed for bankruptcy protection in the US last week. It is seeking final approval to access all of the financing to keep operating during bankruptcy. Gol’s total debt at the end of the fourth quarter was about 20.2 billion reais, representing a 0.25% drop from the previous quarter. The figures have not yet been audited. ($1 = 4.9200 reais)
