Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE:BRO) reported unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2023. Quarterly revenues were $1,026.2 million, up 13.8% from the prior year, with commissions and fees increasing 12.4%. Annual revenues were $4,257.1 million, up 19.1% from 2022. Net income was $268.6 million for the quarter, increasing 85.0% from the prior year. Total assets as of December 31, 2023, were $14,915.8 million. The company also announced a new alignment of its businesses, moving from four to three segments in 2024. J. Powell Brown, president and CEO of the Company, expressed satisfaction with the company’s performance and its organic revenue growth of 10.2%, surpassing the $4 billion intermediate revenue goal. The Company aims to achieve $8 billion in the next goal.
