Gabriel brings significant mining experience and has been directly involved in the successful construction and ramp-up of the Almas Unit. Almas is already operating above expected capacity, within a year of operation. The transition will take place over 30 days, with Andréia working alongside Gabriel to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.
