China Yuchai International Limited (CYD) has reached an agreement to sell its 100% equity holding in Yuchai Remanufacturing Services (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. to Beijing Liandong for RMB 179.94 million. The consideration will be in the form of cash and will be paid into an escrow account in phases.

This marks an important transaction for GYMCL and reflects the company’s strategic decision to divest its equity holding in Yuchai Remanufacturing Services.
