Commvault (CVLT) reported a third quarter net income of $17.14 million, a significant increase from last year’s loss of $310 thousand. Profit per share rose to $0.38 from a loss of $0.01. Non-GAAP earnings per share also jumped to $0.78 from $0.62. Total revenues for the quarter increased to $216.81 million from $195.07 million the previous year. Total ARR was $752 million, up 17% year over year. The company expects fourth quarter total revenues to be between $210 million and $214 million, and for fiscal 2024, total revenues to be between $826 million and $830 million.
