Tenaris has completed the first phase of its Share Buyback Program, purchasing a total of 17,779,302 ordinary shares for €276,201,768, or US$300 million. Detailed transactions are available on the Tenaris corporate website under the Share Buyback Program section. The company now holds 1.51% of its total issued share capital in treasury and intends to cancel all purchased shares. The second phase of the Share Buyback Program is expected to begin after February 26, 2024, following the end of the blackout period.
