Constellation Brands, Inc. has maintained its comparable earnings guidance for fiscal 2024 in its third-quarter financial results. The company projects earnings in a range of $9.15 to $9.35 per share, down from the prior range of $9.60 to $9.80 per share. The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.89 per share. Net income grew to $509.1 million. Net sales increased 1 percent to $2.47 billion.

Excluding items, comparable earnings for the quarter were $3.19 per share, compared to $2.83 per share in the year-ago quarter. Organic net sales growth for the quarter was 2 percent. The Street was looking for earnings of $3.00 per share on net sales of $2.54 billion. The company continues to project comparable earnings in the range of $12.00 to $12.20 per share for fiscal 2024.
