Core & Main, Inc. has acquired almost all the assets of Eastern Supply Inc., a Virginia-based distributor of storm drainage products, in a move to enhance its water, wastewater, and stormwater management capabilities. The CEO of Core & Main, Steve LeClair, stated that the acquisition will improve the company’s national waterworks expertise and provide a broader range of products and services. However, the financial details of the deal have not been disclosed yet. This acquisition is expected to significantly enhance Core & Main’s product knowledge and fabrication capabilities in the US.
