The 13th annual Traffic Index by TomTom was released, detailing traffic insights from 387 cities. Los Angeles was ranked the #9 slowest U.S. city and has America’s slowest metropolitan area. On average, travel time increased by 28 seconds from 2022. The slowest day was November 15, 2023. Drivers spent 157 hours driving during 2023, 86 hours due to congestion.
