Veteran VC Vance Spencer believes that Bitcoin ETF approval, Ethereum ETF approval and growing institutional adoption of digital assets will be the next big milestones in the crypto world in the next 24 months. He also predicts a pro-crypto U.S. administration in 2025. He also anticipates an entire rate cutting cycle in the market with rates getting back to 2-3% in the next few years.

Spencer also believes that web3 games will bring the next 100 million active users to the cryptocurrency scene. However, he warns that the cryptocurrency market will not be without its challenges, and predicts that every market participant should be prepared for “roller coasters” in the next 24 months. He previously almost exactly predicted the date of the Bitcoin ETFs approval.

In addition to the ETFs saga, Vance Spencer anticipates that at least two major DeFis will cross $1 billion in revenue in the next 24 months. He also foresaw the emergence of the “FAANG of DeFi” that would demonstrate sustainable cash flow and will not be vulnerable to “vampire attacks.”
