From Nasdaq:

The European Union’s competition watchdog is planning to block Amazon’s $1.4 billion acquisition of iRobot, causing shares of the vacuum maker to plummet nearly 40% to $14.3. The European Commission had until Feb. 14 to either approve or reject the deal. Amazon declined to comment on the report.
