EXCLUSIVE-EV maker VinFast aims to raise free float to 10%-20% by end 2024-Chair

Vietnamese electric vehicle maker VinFast plans to increase its public trading float to 10-20% by the end of 2023. The company’s chairperson, Le Thi Thu Thuy, expressed the plan at the CES trade show in Las Vegas. VinFast saw a net loss of $623 million in the third quarter of last year, despite selling over 21,000 electric vehicles. The company is navigating the EV market alongside industry leaders like Tesla and Chinese companies.
