Burt’s Bees and Hidden Valley Ranch announced a unique partnership: four-flavor lip balm set tasting of buffalo sauce, celery, carrots and ranch. Products were sold out within 24 hours. The partnership started as an April Fool’s joke that escalated after internet support. The set, Unconsumable, had only a flavor-smelling promise and was the first beauty product by Hidden Valley Ranch. Burt’s Bees’ new flavors were a hit with their loyal fan base. Surprisingly, Hidden Valley Ranch had also offered ranch-flavored ice cream and a keg of ranch.
