Hewlett Packard Enterprise has announced a $14 billion deal to acquire Juniper Networks, a networking gear maker. The offer of $40 per share for Juniper has led to a 2% increase in its stock price. The acquisition will help HPE bolster its AI offerings for data center servers and networking equipment. HPE already has a partnership with Nvidia to enhance data processing efficiency with AI chips.
