Indonesia Bourse May Challenge 7,200-Point Mark

The Indonesia stock market rebounded after recent losses, with the Jakarta Composite Index rising 0.28% to close at 7,157.17. The gains were driven by financial and resource stocks. The positive trend was mirrored on Wall Street, with the Dow gaining 0.59%, the S&P 500 rising 0.76%, and the NASDAQ climbing 1.12%. Treasury yields fell, leading to a late rally in stocks. Oil prices fell 1.6% despite geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, due to concerns about demand and a stronger dollar. This week, the Federal Reserve is expected to announce its policy decision, with economists mostly ruling out a rate cut.
