Informa expects 2023 revenue growth of 30% with over 3.16 billion pounds in revenue, 845 million pounds in operating profit, and 600 million pounds in free cash flow. CEO Stephen Carter promises further strong growth in 2024 with high single-digit revenue growth and projected revenue of 3.42-3.47 billion pounds and operating profit of 945-965 million pounds. The company also announced an agreement to combine Informa Tech’s digital businesses with TechTarget, creating US-listed New TechTarget, with Gary Nugent as CEO and Michael Cotoia as Special Advisor.
