Lambert expressed concerns about Trump’s ability to win the general election, noting that DeSantis could turn out Democratic voters to vote against Trump. DeSantis bowed out of the race after losing in the Iowa GOP primary and has since endorsed Trump. Lambert acknowledged that Trump did some things that egged on political attacks against him, but he does not believe Trump is unfit for the presidency.
