The Company distributed an additional 12.6 MEUR Green Bonds issue at 10.0% yield, supplementing the already issued bonds under ISIN LT0000405938. The new bonds are expected to be listed on the Baltic Bond main list of Nasdaq Vilnius within 30 days after the issue date of 24 January 2024, boosting the total listed bonds to 850.25 with a total nominal value of 85,025,000 EUR.
