Medivolve Inc. has signed a master services agreement with Engineer.ai Corp. to develop its telehealth platform, with the goal of completing the platform within seven months. In addition, corporate officers Aaron Atin, Daniyal Baizak, and Peter Michel have resigned from their positions, effective January 2024. The agreement with Engineer.ai Corp. aims to develop robust features of the platform, including provider and patient interfacing, telehealth video conferencing, appointment scheduling and management tools, and credit card payment processing. All features will be compliant with HIPAA. It anticipates that the platform will be substantially complete within seven months. The departure of Aaron Atin, Daniyal Baizak, and Peter Michel from their corporate positions takes effect in January 2024.
