The founder of MicroStrategy, Michael Saylor, endorses Bitcoin using a quote from the film “Shawshank Redemption.” In the video, he calls Bitcoin the “best crypto asset,” and the tweet accompanying the video urges people to “break free.”

Bitcoin has managed to recapture the $45,000 mark as all spot Bitcoin ETF issuers updated their S-1 forms. There is a fee war among participants to obtain more customers, with BlackRock, Galaxy, Ark Invest, Fidelity, WisdomTree, VanEck, and Valkyrie all lowering their Bitcoin spot ETF fees to attract investors.

Bitcoin lost the $45,300 level and fell by 7% after an article from Matrixport claimed that the SEC regulator is unlikely to approve Bitcoin spot ETFs in January. This led to traders liquidating approximately $730 million worth of crypto assets off the market.
