Millicom (Tigo) has been actively repurchasing shares, with a total of 142,239 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs) bought between January 2, 2024 and January 5, 2024. These purchases were made at various daily average prices, excluding commissions. As a result, Millicom now holds 512,056 treasury shares as of January 5, 2024, with a total of 172,096,305 outstanding shares. This repurchase program is conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of MAR and the Commission Delegated Regulation No 2016/1052.
