The National Basketball Association has postponed a second Golden State Warriors game after assistant coach Dejan Milojević’s death earlier this week.

The Warriors’ Friday matchup against the Dallas Mavericks will be rescheduled to a later date, with ESPN broadcasting the Brooklyn Nets versus Los Angeles Lakers instead.

Milojević suffered a heart attack at a team dinner and later died in the hospital, as announced by the Warriors on Wednesday.

Milojević was in his third season on the Warriors’ coaching staff and had served as the head coach for KK Mega Basket in Belgrade, Serbia, from 2012 to 2020. He had also been a member of summer leagues for the Atlanta Hawks, San Antonio Spurs, and Houston Rockets.

The Warriors are set to play next on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.
