Nidec Corp. (NJ) announced a profit increase of 40.2% to 145.9 billion yen for the nine months ended December 31, 2023, with basic earnings per share of 253.93 yen, up from 180.72 yen. Net sales for the period were 1.75 trillion yen, a 3.2% increase from the prior year.
