Noah Holdings Ltd. announced that the Shanghai High People’s Court has dismissed appeals in the criminal proceeding of Camsing’s controlling shareholder. The judgment of the first instance has been upheld. The controlling shareholder and treasurer of Camsing were convicted of contract fraud and imprisoned. Noah does not expect the legal decision to have a material adverse effect on its business, results of operations, or reputation.
