Summerlin sold 1,090 new homes in 2023, leading all ranked communities in total appearances on RCLCO’s national list. Bridgeland set an all-time record high for new home sales in 2023, selling 985 homes. Both communities continue to experience strong sales and demand for their high-quality amenities. These results demonstrate the growth and appeal of Howard Hughes communities.
