Reddit, Shein and Stripe may lead a revived IPO market in 2024

The U.S. market for initial public offerings is expected to see a recovery in 2024 after a slowdown in 2022 and 2023. Renaissance Capital anticipates a significant rebound, with an expected 120 to 170 deals raising between $20 billion and $45 billion. Several high-profile companies, including UL Solutions, Zeekr, and Kaspi.kz, are planning to go public in 2024. Additionally, there are other potential IPO candidates, including prominent names like Shein, Reddit, Stripe, Plaid, ServiceTitan, and Fanatics, that could hit the market in the near future. This year is expected to see a strong start for IPO activity.
