Retirement reinvention doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Here are some options.

Retiring from a full-time job can be challenging, and many people can’t afford the reinvention programs from top institutions like Harvard or Stanford that cost $60,000 or more. However, there is a new hybrid program called SOAR from Claremont Graduate University that costs $3,995, starting in April 2024. Designed to empower successful leaders transitioning in their careers, the program includes a museum of me, transitions, great conversations, purpose and impact, and design your life. Similar programs from other institutions include Change Makers, Encore Transition, Encore Connecticut, Key Academy, and a couple expected from the University of Minnesota and Yale.
