Robots smart enough to mix cocktails and froth milk for your vanilla latte are ready to take over the kitchen

With the emergence of high-tech gadgets showcased at CES 2024, the notion that humans are no longer required for food and drink preparation is becoming a reality. This event saw several digital kitchen platforms, including Chef AI’s $250 one-touch air fryer which uses AI to detect food types when activated.

Likewise, Bartesian’s $369 Premier cocktail-making appliance revealed at the event, along with iGulu’s device which can be used to brew your own beer at home. There are even signs of mimicry of a human barista’s actions in Artly Coffee’s robot, designed to give a personal bartending feel to its users.
